Service Estimates and Work Authorization

All service estimates provided by Autozone, whether online, over the phone, or in person, are preliminary approximations based on initial assessments. Final repair costs may vary if underlying mechanical issues are discovered during detailed disassembly or diagnostic procedures.

We will never perform additional repairs that exceed the original estimate without receiving explicit approval from the customer. Authorizing a repair order grants our technicians permission to operate your vehicle for testing, inspection, and delivery purposes.

Payment Terms and Vehicle Storage

Payment for all parts, labor, and specialized services is due in full upon completion of work and prior to vehicle release. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.

Vehicles left at our facility for more than three business days after completion notification may be subject to daily storage fees. Autozone reserves the right to exercise a mechanic's lien on any vehicle with unpaid service balances in accordance with applicable local laws.

Customer Responsibilities and Property

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle history, active registration, and clear details regarding existing mechanical symptoms. Clear communication ensures our diagnostic team can address performance issues effectively.

While our facility takes strict security measures to protect client property, Autozone is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings left inside the vehicle. We strongly recommend removing all personal valuables prior to dropping off your car.

Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

Autozone strives to deliver high-quality automotive care, but we cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from vehicle operation outside our premises.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with local regulations. Continued use of our website or service center constitutes acceptance of any future updates or modifications made to these terms.
