At Autozone, we strive to make your service experience as seamless and efficient as possible. Our online booking system is designed to allow you to schedule maintenance or repairs at your convenience, ensuring dedicated time with our certified technicians.

To ensure smooth operations and fair availability for all customers, we have established clear guidelines regarding appointments, confirmations, and schedule adjustments.

Appointment Scheduling and Confirmation

When you submit a service request through our website or mobile portal, you will receive an immediate automated confirmation email detailing your selected time and requested services. This initial notice confirms that our system has received your request.

Our service coordination team will review your booking against garage availability and required parts inventory. A final appointment confirmation will be communicated to you via phone or text message to ensure all details are locked in prior to your arrival.

Arrival Time and Service Bay Allocation

We kindly ask that you arrive at our service center five to ten minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Early arrival allows our service advisors to process your vehicle intake, verify requested repairs, and perform a preliminary visual inspection.

If you anticipate arriving late, please notify our team as soon as possible. While we make every effort to accommodate delayed arrivals, appointments delayed by more than fifteen minutes may need to be rescheduled or re-prioritized to maintain fairness for subsequent customers.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Terms

We understand that unexpected schedule changes happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment, we ask for at least twenty-four hours' advance notice to allow other drivers to utilize that open time slot.

Repeated last-minute cancellations or unnotified missed appointments may require a small deposit for future service bookings. Deposits are fully applied toward your final service bill upon completion of your visit.

Vehicle Drop-off and Pick-up Guidelines

For customers with busy schedules, Autozone offers convenient early-morning and late-evening key drop-off options. Secure key drop boxes are located at our main entrance alongside simple intake forms to detail your parking location and key requirements.

Once your vehicle's maintenance or repair is fully completed and quality-tested, our service team will contact you for pickup. Vehicles must be collected during standard business hours unless prior after-hours pickup arrangements have been formally confirmed with our staff.
