Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Elarisse Studio, we dedicate time, staff, and resources to prepare for each photo session. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review our booking and cancellation guidelines below:

1. Reservation & Payment

Retainer Fee: A non-refundable retainer fee of 30% (or a fixed deposit) is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time slot.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the photoshoot session.

Confirmation: Your booking is officially confirmed once the deposit and signed service contract are received.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation by Client:

More than 7 days prior: You may cancel your session, but the initial retainer fee remains non-refundable. Any additional payments made will be refunded.

Within 7 days of the session: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled shoot date will result in the forfeiture of the total amount paid.

Cancellation by Studio: In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to unforeseen emergencies, extreme weather, or illness, you will receive a 100% full refund (including the deposit) or the option to reschedule.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Notice Required: You may reschedule your session up to 72 hours prior to your appointment without penalty. Your deposit will be transferred to the new date.

Late Rescheduling: Requests made less than 72 hours in advance may be subject to a rescheduling fee ($50 - $100) to cover venue/prep costs.

Validity: Rescheduled sessions must take place within 90 days of the original shoot date, subject to studio availability.

4. Weather Policy (For Outdoor Shoots)

If outdoor weather conditions prevent us from executing the shoot safely and effectively (e.g., heavy rain, storms), the studio will decide whether to move to an indoor location or reschedule at no extra cost.

5. Tardiness & No-Show

Late Arrival: Please arrive on time. Arrival more than 15–20 minutes late will deduct directly from your total scheduled session time.

No-Show: If you fail to show up without prior notice, your session will be canceled, and all fees paid will be forfeited.
