Flexible Order Cancellation Policy

At Sunday, we understand that plans can change or you may need to reconsider your space design. We offer a flexible cancellation policy to give you complete peace of mind when placing your order with us.

Standard Order Cancellations

You can cancel any standard furniture order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. If you need to cancel your order after 24 hours but prior to dispatch, a full refund will be issued, minus any applicable payment processing fees.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom-made and special-order furniture pieces enter production shortly after purchase. Cancellations for custom orders are eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of order confirmation. Cancellations requested after production has begun may be subject to a restocking or material fee.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an order, simply contact our customer support team with your order number and request details. Once your cancellation is confirmed, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
