All plants are carefully packed with protective materials to prevent damage during shipping. We use breathable packaging and moisture-retaining materials. Most plants are sent with their nursery pots unless you choose a decorative pot.
Domestic shipping usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. International shipping may take 7–14 days. We will provide a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Yes. We offer a 30-day Live Arrival Guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.
