We kindly request that all cancellations or modifications be submitted at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid any penalties. Cancellations made within less than 2 hours or completely missed appointments without notice disrupt our professionals' hourly schedules and may incur a standard fee on your next booking. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require a credit card deposit to secure any future appointments at our shop.
