Nordic & Co. Flagship Office

Our studio partnered with Nordic & Co. to design their new flagship office in central Stockholm, occupying two floors of a heritage-listed building in the Östermalm district. The client selected this location to reflect their Scandinavian roots while embracing a forward-thinking workplace culture that supports hybrid collaboration and wellness.

The design concept was centered around the interplay between minimalist Nordic aesthetics and adaptive spatial planning. Natural oak, polished concrete, and matte black steel were used to create a timeless material palette. The layout includes open-plan work zones, private pods, and a central atrium that doubles as a social hub and event space.

This new office marks a strategic expansion for Nordic & Co., reinforcing their brand identity and creating a space that attracts top talent in the region. The project also integrates sustainable design principles, including daylight optimization and locally sourced materials, aligning with the company’s environmental commitments.
